Barry Morphew’s judge calls the cops on YouTubers

Many people remember the controversial case of Barry Morphew, who was arrested on suspicion of the murder of his wife, Suzanne Morphew. Those charges were dropped, but could be filed again. In fact, after the discovery of Suzanne’s remains, many people are awaiting justice for the mother of two, in the form of the arrest of whomever put her in the so-called “bone-yard” in Colorado, south of where she used to reside with Barry in Salida, before she went missing on Mother’s Day, 2020.

Barry was arrested and charged in Chaffee County with the first-degree murder of his wife on May 5, 2021. His Fremont County trial was dismissed on April 19, 2022, without prejudice, meaning he could be tried again if prosecutors refile the charges.

Suzanne’s text messages reveal allegation of domestic violence when she stated about her husband:

“he has physically abused me”; “I’m afraid to be alone with him”; “…I’ll get a restraining order against him”; “…will record him”; “He makes up stories”; “I’m done.”
