Realtor publishes new flyer for Chris Watts & Shanann Watts’ house

2825 Saratoga Trail is back on the market, with new advertising. But who will buy the infamous home?

“Welcome home to 2825 Saratoga Trail.”

The infamous home of Chris Watts and Shanann Watts is apparently still on the market, right now it is selling for $724,900, after the price was dropped nearly $25,000.

A recently published flyer describes the well-known house in great detail, without being required by Colorado law that gruesome crimes took place in the house. Not only did Chris shock the world when he took the lives of his pregnant wife and their two daughters, but we’ve recently viewed the body-worn camera video footage of the turmoil experienced by the Millers, the family that moved into the same house in 2022.

As we previously saw, it was Super Bowl Sunday, 2024, when the wife summoned police to the home, claiming her husband was going crazy. Soon thereafter, the Interwebs noticed the house was for sale. In the wake of these controversies, folks can’t help but ask if something specific and evil is going on with the house, as well as with the actions of Chris Watts.
